Dr. Ranjithkumar Rajendran is an internationally experienced interdisciplinary scientist, entrepreneur, educator, and career mentor with over 22 years of experience spanning scientific research, higher education, innovation, healthcare, and international talent development.
Having lived and worked in Germany for nearly two decades, Dr. Rajendran has developed a unique expertise as an Intercultural Bridge Builder, successfully connecting Indian talent, educational institutions, and professionals with opportunities in Germany.
His interdisciplinary scientific expertise spans Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Neuroscience, Healthcare, Innovation, and International Research Collaboration. During his academic career, he worked for more than 14 years in university-based research and served as a Senior Scientist at Justus Liebig University, Germany.
